Constitution Awareness Jatha Launched in Karwar

Karwar: Minister for Fisheries, Ports, and Inland Water Transport and District In-charge Minister, Mankal S. Vaidya, inaugurated the Constitution Awareness Jatha at the police parade ground in Karwar. The objective is to promote awareness among all Gram Panchayats in the district regarding the significance and aspirations outlined in the Constitution.

Vaidya emphasized that the importance of the Constitution would be conveyed to the public through this awareness march, which is set to traverse all 229 Gram Panchayats in the district. Alongside distributing copies of the preamble to the Constitution, information about the government's five guarantee schemes will be disseminated during programs held in the Gram Panchayats.

Karwar MLA Satish Sail, Uttara Kannada Deputy Commissioner Gangubai Mankar, Superintendent of Police Vishnuvardhan, and many others were present.

In a parallel development, the minister in charge also launched 13 animal sanjivini vehicles on the same occasion.
