    Aadhar linking mandatory for ration cards

    The government has made linking of Aadhar card number mandatory for ration cards for availing food subsidy. Therefore, at least one if the family members of the ration card holders should link the unique identification number with the ration card by providing a copy of the Aadhar card to the ration card top the ration shops in their limits before June 30, said Deputy Commissioner SS Nakul.
