Anjuman PU College Bhatkal annual programme; Maulana Abdul Aleem stresses service to humanity as key aim of education

Bhatkal: The annual programme of Anjuman PU College, Bhatkal, was held on Thursday, January 29, at 9:30 am on the college campus. Speaking as the chief guest, Maulana Abdul Aleem Khateeb Nadvi, Khateeb of Bhatkal Jamia Masjid, stated that serving humanity and attaining the pleasure of Almighty Allah should be the primary objective of education.

Addressing the students, he stressed that education should not be confined merely to the pursuit of academic degrees, but should also focus on the development of good character, strong morals, and high values. He advised students that regardless of the profession they choose after completing their education—whether as doctors, engineers, scientists, or politicians—the foremost priority should be to become good human beings.

Maulana Abdul Aleem further emphasized the importance of time management, describing it as the foundation of discipline and success. He urged students to value their time, organize their daily routines, and avoid laziness and procrastination.
