 Well, I think a NGO is born out of needs for Social support. Some of the comments on female section looks terribolly bias. I get sense that few people are not in favor of women welfare. I think those should accept that a Transformation process is already in pipeline. Our girls have out numbered when it comes to ranks in educational advancement. Women have taken professional work such as doctors and doing very well. while we are struggling to recruit male teachers in Anjuman, a greater success is achieved by enrolling numbers of female rechers, which help enormously society. If there is demand and aspiration for some sort of women association which will give them a platform To serve society in a structured way. I think wise thing will be to five them a direction to use the energies in a right direction under the theme of Enpowerment of Women

Aap se ham khwahish rakhateiN haiN ki kal jab Sadar aur General Secrbetary jaise kalidi ohdoN ka intekhab ho to aap aise numaindoN ka intekhab karenge jise aap ka Zameer muntakhab karna  Chahata ho, apne ander ki awaz ko suno, aap ka vote Sahi candidate ko milna chahiye. Agar aap chaheiN to insahllah is mansab par qabil log chun kar aasakte haiN. Allah (swt) ko gawah kijiye, qaum aap ke sath hai.
Inshallh, hameiN milkar bahot se kaam karna hai. Bhatkal meiN aisa mahol paida karna jis se khushiyan aayeiN. Achha mahol paida ho.

 Organizations are formed primarily for 2 reasons.
1> handle the bigger challenges.
2> Promote society/community affairs
I fail to understand why these women are asking for forming organization or participating in Tanzeem's affair.
Can Sayeeda fatima or any one else list atleast 3 challenges of bhatkallys women that hightlight the need form the seperate otganization.

Regarding women going on tablighi jamat, going to tableegh jamaat is not complete deen. I have heard lot many times Tablighi waiz saying following islam when at home as jihad akbar, and going to jamaat is jihad azgar. It is undeniable fact that women can help community by being at home and grooming family. Building good family builds better community.

If any women want to come to help women community and help community Jamaat-islami's women wing is perfoming lots of activities.

 Tanzeem ki nayya us shakhs ke hath me deni chahiye jo nihayat tajrubakar, senior aur taalimyafta ho aur awaam ko sath me lekar chalne ki salahiyat rakhta ho. Delegation agar Department ke paas koyi mamila lekar jaaye, to ek roab ho, tanzeem apni baat mudallil andaz me rakh sakey. Mai aisey logon se request karta houn ke wo khul kar aagey aayen aur tanzeem ki nayya ko paar lagayen.

 Bhayi Mukhtar Saheb, aurat bhale hi apne shouhar ke sath tableegh ko nikle lekin un keliye mehdood elaqe ka safar har lihaz se behtar rahega. Aap ki soch sirf ek pehlu se sahi hai ke aurat baghair mehram ke nahi nikli. Gharelu zindagi mein jab aurat ki zimmedariyan numaya hai tho lambe arse wale door daraz ka safar unkeliye shayad sazawar nahi. Bus tableegh ka maqsad poora hona aham baat hai.

 Farah saheba ki rai se main muttafiq hoon.Ham mastoorat Tanzeem se muqabla karne ki baat nahi kar rahe, sirf chahtein hain ki mastoorat ki ek anjuman ho, jis ke zariye auraton ke masail ka hal talash kiya jaye. Is Anjuman mein deen ki batein aur prgram ko fazilat di jeye aur qaum ki Maryam ko ek naya andaaz bayan diya jaye.Har jagah Women association hain jahan Pakwan, silai kadhai aur aurton ke makhsoos prgram hotein hai, Agar qaum ki ek Maryam deen ko sahi tarah se samjei to woh apne bache, shohar and Ghar ko sanwar sakti hai, is liye galiban Tabligh Jamat walein Mastoorat ki Jamat par zor detein hain.

 Khawateen apne shauhar aur bacchon ke saath picknick jaati hain, tableeghi jamaat me nahi jaati. Bhatkal se khawateen ki jo jamaat nikalti hai, wo mard ke baghair nikalti hai, aur iski permission khawateen ko isliye milti hai ke wo Deen ko dusron tak pahunchaney keliye nikalti hain. Agar ye nek kaam jaayiz hai to Bhatkal me reh kar qaum & Millat ki khidmat kiyun jaayiz nahi ?

Mai chahti houn ke ham khawateen milkar ek nayi women tanzeem banaye aur apne taur par qaum wa millat ki khidmat karen.

 Jahaan tak Khwateen ki baat hai, Baahar akeley nikalney ki ijaazat nahi hain, apne Shohar(Husband)Ya Muharram ke saath jaa sakti hai.
Muhammad Gaus Saheb kahtey hain ke Aurat Tablighi Jamaat mein door daraaz ke safar se gureis karein.
Muhammad Gaus Saheb ko maalum ho key, Tablighi Jamaat mein Aurat apne Shohar ke saath jaati hai, akely nahi jaati hai, aur ijaazat bhi nahi hai. Allah hum sab ko Deen par Qaayim rahne ki Taufiq ata farmaayein. Ameen.

 Tanzeemi karwayi mein auraton ki shamuliyat par Ms. Umme Tasnim ka tabsara ek tarah se sahi lagtha hai, aur unhone un khidmaat ki nishandahi bhi ki jo aurat ke qabil hain. Ye zaroori nahi ke aurat muashare ke har maidan mein sargaram rahe, un keliye doosre zimmedar shoabe moujood hain. Ye samajhna galath hoga ke auraton ki numayindagi ke baghair Tanzeem unke muamile mein insaf nahi kar sakegi. Aurat mardon ki tarah khule taur par idare ki karwayi mein shamil hokar bahas wagaira karna munasib nahi. Tableegh ki misal alag hai ke wo sirf auraton se mukhatib hoti hain, phir bhi door daraz ke safar se gurez karen.

 Jb Abu Anas sahab ne Halaf lene ki jo baat kahi hai, bilkul durust hai. Tanzeem ki executive meeting me is baat ko pesh karna chahiye aur sabhi ohdedaron ko halaf lena zaroori qarar dena chahiye.

Sadar aur Secretary keliye jo naam pesh kiye gaye hain, mujhe nahi lagta ke ye log tanzeem ki nayya ko paar laga payenge. Waisey bhi Bhatkal me koyi aisa shaks nahi hai jo Tanzeem jaisey qaumi aur milli idara ko chala sakey. Tanzeem ki nayi body (Bhatkal Members) ko dekhte huwe afsos ke sath kehna pad raha hai ke 100 saal baad hamara ye idara ab zawal ki taraf ga-mazan hai.

Is idara ko agar dubara choti par pahunchana hai to mere khayal me Bhatkal ke ulama hazrat ko aagey aana hoga aur tanzeem ki baag dod apne hathon me leni hogi. Agar Ulama dilchaspi nahi letey to phir Gulf me muqeem zimmedaron ko chahiye ke wo bahar reh kar hi sadar aur General secretary ka ohda sambhaley aur zaroorat padhne par Bhatkal aatey jaatey rahen.

Agar Muzammil Qazia sahab Bangalore reh kar Tanzeem ke sadar ban sakte hain to Salam Damudi sahab ya Abdur Rahman Siddiqui sahab ya Yunus Qazia sahab jaisey log Gulf me reh kar Tanzeem ki baag daud kiyun nahi sambhal saktey ?

Ajkal Bhatkal ki khawateen, Khawateen ki tabliqhi jamaat lekar Panjab aur Delhi ja rahi hain aur us se koyi fitna nahi ho raha hai to Khawateen Bhatkal me reh kar Qaumi aur Milli kaam karengi to kaisey fitna hoga ?  Mere mohtram bhaiyo aur behno tanzim ek qaumi idara hai usme millate islamiya k liye bhi kaam hota hai...agar usme aurataun ko liya jaye to kaam banne k bigad jayega....islam me aurataun ka bahut bada martaba hai...
Allah ka hukum hai k apne shohar ki khidmat kare..uspar jannat milegi....lekin jab aurat ghar se nikle gi to fitna paida hoga...phir tanzim me bhi kharab kaam shuru hoga allah hifazat kare....agar aap k paas taalim hai qabilyat hai to apni taalim se deen hasil karein, apne naunihalaun ko achi tarbiyat de, apne shauhar ki khidmat, apne ghar me dindar mahol qayim karen....jannat milegi...yehi naunihal ache ban kar maa baap ko duayein denge aur qaum k liye ek namuna banenge aur tanzim k liye ek ache karkun banenge warna ye bigad jayenge to maa baap ko galiyan denge....agar aurat tanzim me jayegi to ghar kon sambhlega,bachaun ki tarbiyat kon...aaj kal har insan waise to gunaho ka shikar to ho raha hai... aurat to badnam hogi....

 assalamualikum.........janab najeeb shabandri ka naam voter list mai na hone ki wajah se dammam halqe se unki jagah janab pillur sadiq saheb ko tanzeem ki intizamia k liye chuna gaya...........yeh padh kar bahut hi haiart huvi.....kya aisa ho sakta hai k ek member jo dammam jamat ke ek uhde par fayiz hai aur bahut saal se dammam jamat ka intizamia member hai kya uska naam voter list se gayab....yehkaise ho sakta hai.....aur yeh bhi khabar sunne mai hai k najeeb shabandri saheb tanzeem ke life member bhi hain....

 Tanzeem ohdedaran ke intekhab mein shakhsi qabiliyat ke sath behtar akhlaq (morality) ko bhi tarjee di jaay. Aam taur par siyasi idaron mein sirf nizami qabiliyat (administrative ability) ko dekha jata hai. Tanzeem ka nizam Islami usoolon par qayim hai aur usi taraz par intekhabat bhi hon. Musalmano ke is samaji idare mein qoumi bhayiyon ke sath na-insafi karne wala aham ohde par fayiz hona sahi nahi. Ye mahaz ek khayal nahi balke is nuqte par hum ne kabhi sanjeedgi se ghaur nahi kia. Is ke pehle bhi ek bhayi ne likha tha ke yahan ka har zimmedar apne dil ko tatole ke wo kitna qabil hai.

Hamare idare 50% abadi Jo Aurton par mushammil hai, bilkul Nazar andaz karti hai. hlanke aaj aurten zyada Taalim yafta hain, apne qaum ke bhle ka soch sakti hain. Bhatkal ke aksar mard hazrat maash ke silsile mein bahar mulk mein hain. Is Surat Hal mein agar mastoorat ko tamiri kam me mashgool rakha jaye to Bhatkal ki achi kharafat se najat milengi.

 Dear Editor,

I was reading your news coverage of Daya Naik, from Mumbai Police special branch.i seriously question your decision to consider page one coverage.Daya Naik has reputation of killing machine protected by state, in other words face of horror within govt machinery. Many times Mumbai Police has been question their impartiality. It is strongly suspected that under their credible KHAKI, they ware SAFFORAN teaching which is biased against non Hindus. We are citizens of India, our nation has great values of legal system. The judgement should be in the court after just and fair trial and not on roads. Our system do not approve cases such as Soharabuddin. 
I sincerely hope that your news portal will take a balanced view when it comes to coverage and justice to all should be prime Motto.

24 June will be an important day not only for Majlise Islah aw Tanzeem, but also for BHATKAL. Election of key positions in Tanzeem will be very important and that this is an opportunity for elected Body to ensure right peoples are elected. I hope those who are and can play a role will do right lobbying.
The new body will have important responsibility that during their terms both assembly and parliament elections are due, we hope that this time at least for Vidhan Sudha we will have a Muslim candidate, it is no doubt a tall order, but definitely in the year of Centunary, Bhatkal Tanzeem can do it. Let us pray and hope that we will have president and GS who are passionate, will work hard to raise bar of Tanzeem.

Tanzeem will also celebrate 100 Years in service, a great opportunity to develop good image in public and work to take every one along.

There are many faces and role of Tanzeem, naturally strong team can deliver better.

We have adopted many principles of democratic values in our organizations such as Tanzeem, it is encouraging that Tanzeem adopted to new amended constitution and improved structure by adding another layer in management: shura. May I suggest yet another enhancement could be signing of acceptance of fundamental rules which could be Key Performance Indicators (KPI). It is my sincere hope that following undertaking is taken by each executive and office holders.

- skills such as 'tolerance', leadership, time management, decision making,good communications, particularly Kannada knowledge etc must be embedded.

I also take this opportunity to express my thoughts on what programs Tanzeem ideally should take in their current tenure.

- strong political agenda which will help our community
- work to improve Bhatkal brand image
- create good awareness on Clean and G deen Bhatkal
- work to brining stronger zakath system
- work closely with other organizations to ensure good peace situation prevails in Bhatkal.
- a stronger legal cell to deal with doffic.ulat situation 
- a stronger media cell to work on brand building
- a stronger politicle sense

I hope EDITOR  of Sahil Online will publish readers comments thru their editorial coverage to build up concious in elected members to select best people available.

 khaali tanzeem ko mazboot karne ki baatou se tanzeem mazboot nahi hogi is ke liye achche ohdedarou ka hona zaruri hai jo log SPORTS FEDERATION mein reh kar badnaam ho chuke hoon aisi logou ko kya koi bada ohda dena munasib hai ? ager koi ohda qabool karna nahi chahta tho zabardasti karne ki koi zarurat nahi hai shayed unko ko pata hoga ke log unko pasand nahi karte waise logou ka ghar mein bait ke rehna munasib hai ...thanks.
