Bangalore: A Lokayukta Court today adjourned to October 24 hearing on a private complaint filed by a Bangalore-based industrialist accusing Industries Minister Murugesh Nirani of being involved in a land scam.
Special Judge N K Sudhindra Rao adjourned the hearing on the plea filed by Alam Basha yesterday against Nirani and nine others which alleged that they had illegally denotified lands acquired by the Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board (KIADB) for industrial purposes.
