Hubli: New Police Commissioner to the twin-city of Hubli and Dharwad Padmanayana today assumed the charge in the place of K Ramchandra Rao who has been transferred recently.

Talking to newsmen on this occasion he said his priority in the twin city has been maintenance of law and order to keep peace and allow the people to live in peace.

He would try his best to prevent crimes and give utmost importance to eradicate any anti social activities.
