Bangalore:Karnataka government would accord priority to development of tourism in the state, Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar said today.

Speaking a function in Nelamangala on the city outskirts, he said Karnataka would follow the tourism models of Kerala and Goa, which are way ahead of the state in tourism. Shettar expressed happiness over the rains in interior areas of the state for the past two days and said he would pray to God for more rains.
