Bhatkal: The Bhatkal social worker, Mr. Syed Hassan Barmaver has presented a memorandum to the PM of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh, through the Bhatkal Assistant Commissioner, congratulating and thanking him for his courageous step to restrict the blasphemous movie ‘Innocence of Muslims’ from youtube in India.

The memorandum stated that the Muslims cannot tolerate even a tiny insulting thing against their beloved Prophet (PBUH). It is highly impossible for the Muslims to tolerate any kind of malicious attempt to degrade the prophet by drawing his cartoons or writing some nonsense articles, let alone an entire movie. A Muslim loves the Prophet more than his own self. In such circumstances, how can the Muslims even close their eyes to what is happening around the world to degrade the Prophet (PBUH).

Addressing the PM of India, it was stated that his step towards the ban of such movie on youtube in India was really an appreciated move and the public of Bhatkal have thanked him for such an esteemed act.

The member of Bazm-e-Faiz-ur-Rusool KM Shareef, Moulana Yaseer Nadwi, Syed Qutub Barmaver and others were present on the occasion.
