Bhatkal: Three persons were injured when a bike on which two people were travelling fell-off after knocking down a pedestrian, near JMFC court, NH 17 on Friday at around 8pm.

The injured pedestrian is identified as Rama Manju Gonda (56), while the bike rider and the pillion rider have been identified as Sauban (18) and Nufail (14), both residents of Azad Nagar.

Rama Gonda and Nufail both have acquired head injuries. All the three had been taken to the Bhatkal Govt. Hospital and later shifted to Kundapur.

A case had been registered at the Bhatkal town police station.
