Bhatkal: IAS Officer, Mr. V Ram Prasad Manohar has taken charge as the new Assistant Commissioner of Bhatkal. He belongs to Rajapalya of Tamilnadu. He has served as probationary AC in Shimoga for a year before taking his charge here in Bhatkal. He has also served as an IPS officer in Noida prior to his appointment as IAS officer.
