ANJUMAN Induction programs for PG courses in Commerce and Arts

Dear Favulty members, management and students,
Assalamualikum , I am pleased that Anjuman Degree and PG college organised Induction program for M.Com and MA freshers. Most impressive segment was introduction of new commers and their comments. I was truly touched by few of the comments from the these students. Most coming from neighboring places : Honaver and Kumta. Each of them has their own wordings and version. They felt that they are lucky to get admission in Anjuman, they heard of rich traditions, they believe their life will change and their career will be nicely carved out to take new challenges in future. I was also impressed by the testimonial given by some senior M.Com students in third semester. What a glowing praise!

DEAR EDITIR, I will be most happy person if you publish some of the comments made by atudents, which are really are testimonials. Word of mouth is most strong tools in promoting any medium. Some of these comments could be good for Anjuman and Bhatkal. Please look in to it.

I sincerely hope that Anjuaman management will take this forwsard and enhanced efforts to bring new values to students. Our faculty, Anjuman campus, books librarary and newly inteisuced digital library are some excellent feature of the college. Now the secretaries wil have to plan various programs to ensure these students are encouraged to make best out of these facilities. I also feel that Head of Commerce and Arts section should focus on activities which will help students to get better exposure.

- frequent guest lectures by expert in the relevant field.
- visit to trade shows in surrounding metropolis and industries particularly MNC's managed by TQM  / ISO certified managements.
- organising few competitive events which are to be initiated by students with assistance from faculty and management
- I feel most important skills which will help them doing better in their career is COMMINICATIONS, PRESETNATION, LEADERSHIP, TIME MANAGEMENT and  sense of accountability.

I will conclude my somment with my good wishes for these students and hope that they will work hard in the next 24 months, make best use of available resources and pass from Anjuman with higher ranks. That will be a pride moment for Anjuman, parents and people living in Bhatkal.
With warm wishes,Abu Anas.
