Bhatkal: A house was collapsed in Talaan area under Mutalli Gram Panchayat here in Bhatkal taluk on Thursday night due to heavy rain. The house was belonged to Durgamma Rama Naik. It is said that due to heavy rain and wind at mid night of Thursday, the parts of the roof and the walls of the house collapsed. The loss estimated at Rs.50,000.

Officers of the revenue Department and Village account visited the spot and inspected the house.
